Scope exists to make this country a better place for disabled people and their families.

We do this by running a range of services, raising awareness of the issues that disabled people face and influencing change across society.

We provide support, advice and information for more than a quarter of a million disabled people and their family members every year.

We support disabled people and their families through practical information and support, particularly at the time of diagnosis and in a child’s early years.

Services for disabled people and their families

We offer a range of services for disabled children and adults, primarily focused on those with complex support needs.

Campaigns

We work with disabled people on the issues that are most important to them and aim to raise awareness, change attitudes and influence government policy.
