Sheila has 30 years’ experience in all areas of HR and has held senior roles in companies such as General Electric and Marks and Spencer.
Since 2011, Sheila has undertaken interim and consultancy assignments focusing on HR Strategy, Process and Practice integrated with Change Management and Business Development. She has an interest in mental health and provides expertise both locally and nationally to Mind. She is also a member of the Motor Neurone Disease Association, Carers UK and Bucks Carers.
