Richard Hawkes, Chief Executive
Richard joined Scope as Chief Executive in January 2010. He has held senior positions in a number of UK and international development organisations and has held a range of Trustee and Board roles.
Andrew Adair, Director of Retail
Andrew joined Scope as Director of Retail in 2008 and is responsible for our national network of nearly 250 charity shops.
Sheila Coyle, Interim Director of Human Resources and Organisational Development
Sheila has 30 years' experience in all areas of HR and has held senior roles in companies such as General Electric and Marks and Spencer.
Alan Gosschalk, Director of Fundraising
Alan is responsible for maximizing our voluntary fundraising income: namely from individuals (mostly regular gifts and legacies), events (such as the London Marathon), companies, philanthropic donors, trusts and foundations, and grant funding from EU and statutory sources. He joined Scope in 2011.
Eliot Lyne, Interim Director of Finance
Eliot joined Scope in September 2012 and is responsible for the stewardship of the finances across Scope.
Ruth Marvel, Director of Policy and Campaigns
Ruth works on policy influencing and campaigning on a wide range of areas including civil and human rights, inclusive democracy, welfare reform and access to equipment.
David Prescott, Chief Operating Officer
David joined the organisation as Executive Director, Finance and Commercial in August 2005. He is responsible for all aspects of finance, the operation of our retail arm and wide-ranging business support.
Jan Smith, Interim Director of Communications and Marketing
Jan joined Scope in April 2012 and is responsible for all aspects of Scope's external, internal and stakeholder communications, marketing, branding, and digital offering.

Carol Tozer, Executive Director of Services
Carol is responsible for our services for disabled people and their families. Carol has a wealth of experience in local authorities.
