Alice Maynard - Chair

Alice is the founder and managing director of Future Inclusion Ltd, a consultancy advising companies on a whole system approach to providing inclusive services. She was Head of Disability Strategy at Network Rail from 1998 to 2003 She has since worked extensively in the transport industry and currently chairs Transport for London’s Independent Disability Advisory Group.  Alice’s background includes 10 years in IT, managing teams in international projects. She has a BA in Language from York, an Ashridge MBA and an Executive Doctorate from Cranfield. She is published, has been a trustee of a number of voluntary organisations and was a member of the Human Genetics Commission.  She is a Chartered Director.
