Hilary Samson-Barry
Hilary has led many public and social policy initiatives in central government and the public sector, including those relating to children, families and diversity. This has included leading developments to improve the health and well-being of disabled children and young people.
She has worked for the government and NHS at national, regional and local levels. As director of a health authority and a management consultant she has gained much experience in working in partnerships and with boards of major international organisations. Currently she enables organisational and individual effectiveness through strategy, team and individual role consulting, coaching, facilitation and training.
Hilary has a close relative with cerebral palsy.
