Summary:
Kate was until recently the Chief Executive of Greensleeves Homes Trust, a charity which runs 17 residential care and nursing homes for increasingly dependent older people.
She is responsible for all aspects of the organisation: strategic direction and financial performance, as well as ensuring effective management of the homes and excellent care standards. Kate is also a Board member of Certitude, which provides care and supported living for people with learning disabilities, and services for those with mental health problems, across south and west London.
Kate’s earlier career in the Department of Health and the NHS enabled her to develop expertise in policy development, as well as offering experience in working with government ministers and other professional groups.
