Quality standards
We try to follow best practice as both an employer and service provider and we measure ourselves against the following external standards:
Fundraising Standards Board
We're committed to the highest standards in fundraising and we are a member of the Fundraising Standards Board. We adhere to the Fundraising Standards Board's Fundraising Promise.
Customer Service Excellence
A large number of our services including our helpline and information service, Scope Response, and educational establishments, Beaumont College and Meldreth Manor have achieved and maintain this Government Quality Standard.
Information Standard
The Information Standard is a Department of Health Quality Award for the production of health and social care information. Scope's helpline and information service was awarded this Standard in 2011 and we are working to ensure all our appropriate information materials meet this Standard and are recognised as quality, accurate, evidence-based information.
Investors in People
Investors in People offers a business improvement tool designed to help all kinds of organisations develop performance through their people.
Investors in Diversity
The Investors in Diversity Award is recognised as much more than just a highly prized and prestigious quality mark. It is an all-encompassing approach to managing Equality, Diversity and Inclusion (EDI) effectively.
