Our logo is something we treasure, because it’s made from real people’s stories – dreams, aspirations, hopes and ambitions!

We’re not called Scope to…

The word ‘to…’ in our logo helps to link us to the limitless possibilities in the stories. It shows that together with disabled people and their families, we’re creating a world where disabled people have the same opportunities to fulfil their life ambitions. And it explains why our name ‘Scope’ is so right for us (but we’re not called ‘Scope to’ now… we’re still ‘Scope’).

We’re storytellers

We use stories – as words and as simple pictures (what we call Scope icons) to help explain why we exist and what we do. They are about inspiring belief in the possible and understanding what a world could look like if everyone had the same opportunities. They’re a big part of how we look.

Our brand fizzes

To achieve our vision, we have energy. Drive. Confidence. Our brand fizzes, which means our icons pop up in unexpected places – you’ll see them fizzing off the edge of the page and around the corners. You can’t contain these little symbols of aspiration and opportunity just as we never ever set any limits on what could be possible.

You’ll also never see an icon on its own. For us it’s never about one single possibility or an individual having to go it alone – we want to inspire belief in anything that could be possible and remember that we believe that by working together we can create a better society.
