Our Regional Response Worker in Wales is funded by the National Lottery in Wales. She can give advice on all our services in Wales.

Transition service for young disabled people in Cardiff
Our transition service supports young disabled people aged between 18-25 to prepare and plan for their future.
Craig y Parc School
Craig y Parc School offers a broad, balanced education to disabled pupils aged between three and 16.
Employment services in North Wales
We cover North Wales (Anglesey, Gwynedd, Flint, Conwy, Denbighshire and Wrexham) and in Cardiff.
