Our website is free for anyone to find out more about Scope and the services we offer. It’s aimed at people in England and Wales.

We try hard to ensure that our website is accurate and up-to-date. We don’t accept liability for errors or omissions or for any reliance you place on the information on our website.

We do not accept any liability for any loss or damage as a result of any infection of your computer and equipment.

6. Scope’s forum and blogs

If you wish to post comments on our forum blog or any other part of our website, you must do so under the forum rules, blog rules and these Terms of use.

Some areas of our website let you upload text and images. The forum and blog rules apply as if the text and images are comments posted on our forum or blog.

7. Donations and gift aid

If you use our website to donate, you may be able to take advantage of the United Kingdom’s gift aid scheme.

8. Becoming a member of Scope

If you apply to become a member of Scope through this website by phone or post, you are bound by these Terms of use. Membership of Scope involves agreeing to other terms. You’ll be told about these when you apply.

9. Registering on our website

If you register with our website we’ll create a user account for you. You’ll be bound by these Terms of use as are all users of our website. We may choose not to accept your registration or cancel your registration at any time.

Unless we say otherwise in writing, you must be 18 years or older to register with our website. When you register we’ll ask you to confirm your age.
