Are you a sensitive and reliable person with a fun, imaginative, flexible approach and be happy to help with personal care and giving medication? Widnes Adult Services is looking for you.

Widnes Adult Services consists of seven three-bedroom homes and an eight-bedroomed home across the Widnes area, offering disabled customers a person-centred environment that encourages personal development, achievement of goals, opportunities to be as independent as possible and access the local and wider community through an enabling and empowering staff team.

If you share the same ethos and passion to see disabled people's lives transformed and are sensitive to meeting personal care needs and carrying out tasks as directed by our customers, including manual handling in line with Health and Safety legislation, we would like to hear from you.

Experience is not essential as work-related training up to NVQ Level 2 or 3 will be provided. The most important thing is to have an understanding of the individual needs of disabled people, and a willingness to support them to lead their lives how they choose.

We have day, night, weekend and sleep-in shifts available.

Previous experience would be an advantage however not essential as all staff receive a full induction and training programme.

The successful applicant will be subject to an enhanced DBS check (formerly CRB) for regulated activity
