Team Leader, London
We are looking for an experienced person to join our team supporting and co-ordinating short breaks and befriending services to children and young people living across Tower Hamlets and Islington.
You will be responsible for assessments and support and risk planning.
You will manage a team of support workers: rota management, supervisions, personal development and training and liaise with local authorities, families and other stakeholders.
You will be responsible for reporting back to the service manager for North and West London.
The successful applicant will be subject to an enhanced DBS check (formerly CRB) for regulated activity.
