Team Leader - Services, Hertfordshire

Saturday Club provides a short break for young disabled people with a range of impairments enabling them to interact with other young people and take part in fun and exciting activities both on and off site. Saturday Club runs for the first three Saturdays of every month from 10am - 4.30pm.

We are now looking for a team leader to join us.

Working as part of the Care Management Team, you will be responsible for managing and supervising staff, interacting with customers and ensuring the effective operation of all aspects of the flats management. There are four team leaders within each flat and an on-site Service Manager. You will also contribute to the development of health and social care and participate in the duty manager system.

You will have:

• Significant current experience of supervising a team
• Excellent communication skills including the use of IT systems
• Demonstrable experience of delivering and promoting high standards of care directly and through staff management
• A NVQ Level 3 qualification in Care and a willingness to take part in the NVQ system

The successful applicant will be subject to an enhanced DBS check (formerly CRB) for regulated activity.
