Working closely with the Service Manager, you will lead the staff team in delivering personalised support and activities to disabled young people with complex needs.

Full description:

Working closely with the Service Manager, you will lead the staff team in delivering personalised support and activities to disabled young people with complex needs. You will ensure that the young people are supported to aspire to achieve their goals and maximise their potential.

You will be confident, persuasive and have clear leadership skills as well as a track record of delivering outcome-focussed activities. You will be experienced in delivering services through managing and developing plans and supporting staff to progress through supervision and appraisal. A level 3 NVQ or equivalent in Social Care is essential as is experience of working with disabled young people with high support needs.
