Running a shop for Scope is retailing with a difference. With us, you’ll have the satisfaction of knowing that your efforts are helping to ensure that disabled people have the same opportunities as everyone else.

With an interest in fashion and retail experience, you will have proven organisational skills and be confident enough to work on your own initiative.

You’ll need a hands-on approach and the ability to recruit and motivate a team of volunteers.

It’s varied work - you’ll encourage donations, sort and present stock and provide excellent customer care.

Scope charity shops are open every day, so you must be prepared to work some Saturdays and Bank Holidays as required.

Full-time vacancies are 35 hours a week (working five days out of seven). Similarly, weekly hours for part-time vacancies will be on a seven-day rota.
