i. Scope exists to make this country a place where disabled people have the same opportunities as everyone else. Until then, we’ll be here.
ii. For the avoidance of doubt, Twitter, Facebook and Instagram do not, and / or any of their subsidiaries or related companies, have any investment or sponsorship in the competition.
i. You must be 17 or over to enter the competition.
ii. The prize is as follows: Free registration for one Scope place in Royal Parks Foundation Half Marathon on 11 October 2015.
iii. The promotion will run from 10.30am to 12.30pm on Saturday, 7 February 2015 and 10.30am to 12 noon on Sunday, 8 February 2015.
To enter, you must locate one of the five Scope golden tickets which will be placed in Hyde Park, Kensington Gardens and St James's Park and post an image of yourself with the winning envelope to one of the following social media platforms using the #ScopeOutThePark.

i. The winner of each golden ticket will be selected only if they have correctly posted their image and #ScopeOutThePark to either Twitter, Facebook or Instagram
i. The winners must commit to raising £250 minimum sponsorship for the registered Scope place in the Royal Parks Foundation Half Marathon
ii. The winners will be notified by Scope on the same day by direct message on Twitter, Facebook or Instagram.
iii. The winners must confirm their place with Scope in the Royal Parks Foundation Half Marathon by email, Facebook or Twitter by 13 February 2015.
iv. We reserve the right to verify the winner's eligibility and to verify to our satisfaction his or her identity. Failure to provide proof of identity satisfactory to us within a reasonable period of our request shall entitle us to delay the prize or disqualify the winner from the competition. All personal details and information must be truthful and accurate.
i. Nothing in these terms removes or limits our liability for fraud, death or personal injury caused by our negligence or for any liability which cannot be limited or excluded by the law. These Terms also do not affect the rights that are granted to you as a consumer by the law. Otherwise, we will not be liable to you for any matter relating to the competition.
ii. We will also not be liable to any person for financial loss or inconvenience because of the failures of persons or systems that we do not directly control – for example, mobile phone network operators, internet service providers, postal services, software providers and telephone traffic.
Scope will use your personal information for the purpose of:
i. operating the Competition and processing your Competition entry; and
ii. posting your username on Twitter should you win the Competition; and
iii. dealing with any enquiries or complaints.
Where we want to use your personal details for purposes other than those in Term above (such as publicity surrounding the competition) we will offer you the opportunity to agree or to refuse this.
