Scope Inclusion Team (South West)
Scope Inclusion Team aims to bring independence to disabled children in Plymouth and the south west. The team provides support to local schools in their work to include disabled children in mainstream settings.
The team is believed to be the first service of its kind ever set up in the UK. It helps children with severe and profound physical impairments at home and at school. The team includes speech and language therapy, nursing, care, education, occupational and physiotherapy experts and can provide advice and hands-on support as required.
