i live with a housing association called carr gomm thats specifically for people with disabilities. they cant do enough to help me live more independently. they have empowered me to help with the association. Helped me get equipmememt in my flat to make it easier for me even moving me into a downstairs flat.Even little things like notices help me remember my meds or appointmemts they have done
