My daughter has just turned 6 and was diagnosed with Spastic Diplegia Cerebral Palsy at the age of 2 1/2. She wears AFO's on both legs to help her to walk, has difficulties with fine motor skills and has some learning difficulties.

For the last couple of months she has been complaining of having a headache. It is not constant and there is no pattern to when she gets them. Does anyone know if this is a common problem for children with CP?

Many Thanks

My daughter is 12 and has spastic diaplegia CP she used to complain about sore tummies (prob due to constipation) but never headaches. It can be easy to put everything down to CP but it is not always the case I would make a appointment with a optician or/and Dr just to check whats happening it could be eye strain or migraines that may not be related to cp. Good Luck at getting to the bottom of this and getting it sorted.
