The ideal activity is swimming as it exercises all parts of your body but if like me cold water makes you sieze up you could try carpet bowls or boccia. It depends on your level of disability really and if you want a bit of a social life as well as the exercise. Crown green bowling is good too but need wide tyres to prevent damaging the surface.
