Hi guys,

I'm going in for some neurosugery next week and although I've known about it for a while, I'm starting to realise the problems it could cause.

The "basic idea" is that it has a 40% chance of stimulating my left side. The operation itself doesn't worry about but this is an important time in my school life; its my GSCE year and I dont want to miss much. I've tried to sort out the things I will miss with my school, but they have this weird and wonderful habit of doing nothing. I also have coursework that has to be done soon but if I'm not there then I could get worse results. I want to go into hospital with nothing on my mind but things crop up every day.

I was wondering if anyone else has gone through something like this and if there was any information that could be given to the exam board to inform them.
