My name is Cormac Kenneally, I am doing a survey on the use of intermittent catheters. The survey will only take a few minutes of your time and in return we will give you 10 pounds for every completed survey.
What I am looking for is the contact numbers for people 18 years and upwards who are currently using an intermittent catheter and who currently suffer from a spinal cord injury, spina bifida, multiple sclerosis, stroke, Parkinson’s disease or any other major neurological condition and wish to take part in this survey.
