Anybodyknow About Therapies In Oz Or Nz?

Hi I have a daughter who has mild CP which affects her legs. The muscles are stiff and has trouble walking. I was wondering does anybody know what the Physio and other therapies are like in Oz and NZ? Its just that we were thinking about emmigrating there possibly in the future but I am worried about my daughters needs. Also, daft question this may seem but are kids with CP sometimes affected by the cold weather, someone asked me this the other day and it got me thinking. x
