having a footwear nightmare, anyone over 18 use piedro boots??
I am having real issues getting suitable footwear at the moment, I spend alot of time on my feet and find I go through boots really quickly and am stuggle to find replacements that are supportive enough.
I use caterpillar type boots at the moment as they were quite good until recently, I now find them hard to get in black, and find they are wearing out quicker than they used to. When I was younger I wore piedro boots for years and found them really good. so am looking to self fund a pair as I can't seem to get an appointment with orthotics (after being refered months ago) despite chasing them almost weekly. Just wondering if anone still uses them and what they are like for adults, or if anyone has ad similar experience.
Hi
You might want to check out this Birmingham based company (they do mail order):
http://www.gilbert-mellish.co.uk/Shop/no-kidding-boots/218.aspx
They do various specialist boots and shoes but their 'No Kidding' range is similar to 'Kickers' and is available in children and adult sizes.
