How the forum works
Scope's forum is pre-moderated, which means that all posts are vetted by our team before going live. Please be patient if your message takes a while to go live. Please also note that any personal contact details within posts (such as email addresses) will be removed.
Registration
You do not have to register to read messages in the Forum but you do to post comments on it.
Complaints
If you wish to complain about anything posted on the Forum please email forum.admin@scope.org.uk , fax 020 7619 7361 or write to Complaints Manager, Audit Unit, 6 Market Road, London, N7 9PW and include details of your complaint, what action you would like us to take and how we can contact you. Please note that we will deal with the matter as we see fit, but that we will take note of your views. We will investigate your complaint and endeavour to contact you within two working days of receiving your email, fax or letter. If you have not heard from us within that time, please call 020 7619 7182 and ask for the Complaints Manager.
