How to apply (next deadline: 6 March 2009)

Leadership Recruitment operates a three-stage recruitment process.

  1. The first stage is the application form.
  2. The second stage is the Assessment Centre.
  3. The third stage is employer assessment (varies depending on employer).

Candidates must complete the application form to be considered for a place on the programme. The form is available in two formats. A paper version is available by post from the Leadership Recruitment office or you can download it from this site (word doc, 130k).

The application form can be completed on your PC and emailed back to us. We can also email the form to you if you are unable to download it today.

You may complete the application in any other format e.g. hand-written, word-processed or submitted on cassette tape, provided that the general format of the application form is followed and all sections completed.

You must also complete the Equal Opportunities monitoring form and the Assessment Centres form and attach them to your application. All applications are given a number on receipt and the Equal Opportunities monitoring form is then removed prior to selection.

If you do not have access to a PC and handwriting is difficult, you may ask someone else to write out your form on your behalf, but it must be in your words and not what the other person thinks you should say.

We do not accept CVs in place of application forms, so do not send or attach one. It will not be considered.

Make sure you return the form well before the deadline. To confirm the date and for further information please email graduates@scope.org.uk or call 020 7619 7299, Minicom 020 7619 7187, Fax 020 7619 7399.

When we receive a candidate's application form it assessed to set criteria and if it meets the minimum standard required the candidate will be offered a place at an assessment centre: Assessment Centre.
