Our mission
Leadership Recruitment aims that disabled people will be represented at all levels in our society.
Disabled people face adverse discrimination in obtaining and retaining employment suitable to their skills and abilities. This represents a failure to use their potential and realise a return on the investment made in their education and training. This is particularly true of disabled graduates.
Leadership Recruitment exists to help in overcoming discrimination faced by disabled people of graduate calibre, by developing them to increase their employability and career development potential.
