What is Leadership Recruitment?

Download our brochure for potential applicants.

Leadership Recruitment provides access to graduate employment opportunities for disabled people.

Candidates can apply for the graduate work placement scheme or gain support from Scope in applications to Scope's graduate recruitment employer partners.

Candidates are encouraged to apply for both strands and Scope ensures that disability access needs are met at all stages from recruitment through to induction.

Graduate Work Placement Scheme

Trainees have a 12-month contract of employment with Scope, during which they will undertake one or two paid work placements. Success in the placement can lead to employment with the work placement employer. In any event Leadership Recruitment is a great opportunity to enhance your CV and thereby your future employment prospects.

Salaries start from £15,000 per annum (additional allowances are payable to London-based trainees).

Graduate employment with our partners

Undergraduates and graduates registering with Leadership Recruitment will be supported in their applications to the graduate schemes of Scope's employer partners.

Who can apply?

Anyone who considers themselves to be disabled and of graduate calibre can apply to the programme. You do not necessarily have to have a degree but you will need to demonstrate you can achieve at this level.

Leadership Recruitment offers up to 100 places each year but competition is strong. Recruitment is a fair but rigorous process to ensure that the successful candidates are of a sufficiently high-quality.
