How to use these educational resources

Learning Together is aimed at teachers in schools and early years settings who are supporting children with special educational needs, as well as parents and carers.

When trying to find the information you need you can take a number of routes:

• A specific condition or impairment – if you know the condition or specific impairment, learn about the challenges within each stage and level of education.
• Stages of learning: early years, key stage 1, key stage 2 or key stage 3 – where you are including a child into your class and are looking for solutions and resources across the curriculum.
• Subject specific – each subject area contains information, solutions and resources split into frequently-occurring conditions and impairments.
