Scope. We’re a national disability charity. We think disabled people should have the same opportunities as everyone else. To make that happen, we run campaigns and services. We never set limits on potential. We think that, together, we can create a better society.

How your fundraising will support disabled people to live the lives they choose.
- £10 could fund a half an hour's essential advice from one of our helpline staff.
- £270 could pay for a home visit to families with a newly diagnosed child with cerebral palsy.
- £450 could support 10 disabled people to train for work.
- £1,700 could give a disabled child their first fully adapted trike.
- £3,000 could buy a communication aid to help disabled students learn and develop.

What we achieved last year
- We responded to 16,200 calls to our Scope Response helpline, directly supporting disabled people and their families with information, advice and support.
- We worked with 3,050 families of disabled people offering parent-to-parent support.
- We trained 1,800 health, education and social care professionals.
- We launched Celebrate Every Step, an online tool that helps track the development of young disabled children.
- 92% of our day and residential services for disabled adults were rated ‘good’ by inspectors.
- We launched two day centres for disabled adults in new premises in Brighton and Calderdale.
- Over 1,000 campaigners found access barriers at 67% of polling stations, showing the need for greater access to democracy.
