You’ll assist the Manager in running the shop, encouraging donations, sorting and presenting stock to maximise sales, promoting a welcome environment for customers.
You must have worked in a team environment and have experience with dealing with customers.

Our opening times and hours of work mirror the wider Retail sector in that our shops are open every day including weekends. We are now seeking an enthusiastic and flexible person willing to set up, develop and manage our brand new services across Lincolnshire.
This will involve community support and activity programmes for disabled children and young people, therefore the ideal candidate will have experience in working and communicating with disabled people.
Acting as a Registered Manager in law for the service you will assume budgetary responsibility for the Service and within that effectively utilise staff and resources to achieve high quality services.
You will ensure that the service meets all requirements as set by the Care Standards Act 2000 (plus successive legislation) and the Care Quality Commission (CQC), and all other relevant regulatory bodies..
With an NVQ 4 (or equivalent) in Management or be willing to work towards, you will have experience of working in children’s and young people’s or adults services at a senior level and managing/supervising staff.
You will have the ability to communicate at all levels, negotiate and build effective relationships with a range of stakeholders, including children and young people, plus local community organisations.
Base is flexible, although the role will involve travel throughout the county.
