Another NHS contract finished! I’ve said this before; a trial before you employed anyone would be a great help for both parties!
Put a note in their suggestion box about employee disabled parking a few days after I started. A week before my contract ended I was called to meeting with facilities about my parking suggestion (he had not long received note!) I only hope employee disabled parking will come about! Official staff car park a distance away, I found it hard-going walking to work! It was not a very nice experience!
Goes to show you - both trusts I’ve worked for, this last one seems to have double the recruitment advertising! Fast staff turnover!????
