Having been on numerous interviews with the NHS I’m under impression they are granting me an interview knowing full well it has been ear-marked for somebody else! Going on one interview where time was running out, one of the interviewers started sighing out loud - very off putting, and not to say rude.
Having been on interviews at prisons (administration role) where they were trying to put me off the job due to my condition! (Having mentioned to them I would be prepared to take part in Work Trial, at no cost to them. That comment fell on deaf ears.) Very degrading that you get called for interview knowing full well you are not going to get the job.
