We have many things to celebrate in Scope, and in early 2012 we are hosting Volunteer Thank You events across England and Wales to show our gratitude to our volunteers and seek their important input into our future work.
The events will be half a day and will be an opportunity for existing Scope volunteers to:
- Find out what you’ve helped us achieve
- Meet other volunteers and Scope staff
- Tell us your volunteer story and share experiences
- Share ideas on volunteering – how can we do more and better?
We are holding 16 events to make sure we can meet as many of our volunteers as possible so there should be an event near - see the list below.
Plus all out-of-pocket expenses will be covered for Scope volunteers wishing to attend but these must be agreed in advance.
We need to know in advance who is attending the event. This is because places at each venue are limited and we need to organise travel expenses and any access requirements.
