Please help us to help you
We aim to improve the way we respond to our customers, and that means we need to know more about who you are. In order to improve our services for disabled people and their families, we need to get a clearer picture of who uses our services (and who doesn’t) and how best we can support you.
If we find out more about you, we can make our services more efficient and tailored to your needs.
In accordance with our privacy policy, we will not use your personal information for any other purpose but keeping our records up-to-date. As a registered user, you will receive a regular email bulletin that lets you know the latest information about Scope, and new products and services that may be of interest to you. You can unsubscribe from these bulletins if you choose.
We need to ensure that we are reaching out to all parts of the community, in the interests of equality. You do not have to give this information if you do not want to, but if you do it will help us improve the areas where we need to target our resources.
No. Among the information you may receive as a result of registration will be news about our latest appeals, events or other ways people can donate to Scope. This information is important to anyone who supports us, but does not mean we expect you to donate.
We are a registered charity, however, and Scope Response, our national information and advice service, costs £1 million a year to run. This vital resource for disabled people and their families does rely on public donations to enable it to continue. We always welcome new supporters, but whether or not you donate has no effect on the service we offer to you.
You can continue to get in touch with us by phone, letter or by email.
