Scope Response is our information, advice and support service to disabled people and their families. For information on cerebral palsy, disability issues and all of our services, Scope Response is your first point of contact.
You can get in touch with us by letter and by email or if you would prefer to talk to someone, please call our response team on 0808 800 3333 – we will work with you to find the information you want.
We're available 9am – 7pm weekdays and 10am – 2pm on Saturday. We're closed on Sundays and Bank Holidays
If have a communication impairment and want to use a text phone then use Type Talk by dialling 18001 from a textphone followed by 0808 800 3333.
You can leave a phone message outside of these hours but please leave your full contact details including your area telephone code. All calls are free in the UK. If you prefer to write, our address is:

To get the most from our website, please register. This gives you free access to all the public areas, including details of our services, such as early years, education, work, residential and local services. If you register we can support you better, by knowing who is coming to us and what you are looking for. It will also give us the opportunity to tell you more about developments in Scope and about ways you can become more involved if you want to. You will of course be able to remove yourself from our mailing lists at any time.
If you are a Forum user you should not have to register again.
