1st Key Worcester Registered Care

We provide a registered care home service for disabled people with complex needs. Registered with the Care Quality Commission, our  accommodation is on three sites.

We encourage disabled people to be as independent as possible and will assist with the development of new skills, increasing confidence and working towards independence.

Our person-centred support at the service offers disabled people with complex needs an independent lifestyle and the chance to develop and practise independent living skills if they wish.

Our staff teams provide 24-hour support and care. We recognise the importance of people's relationships and social networks and for our customers to have the opportunity to access resources in the local community and beyond.

1st Key works in partnership with local housing associations to provide accommodation which ranges from single occupancy flats to shared houses or bungalows. All accommodation is fully accessible and adapted to the needs of the individuals living there.

1st Key Worcester Domiciliary Care

1st Key is a developing domiciliary care service registered with the Care Quality Commission. We provide a person-centred service that supports disabled people with a range of physical impairments and learning difficulties.

We enable disabled people to live in their own homes with privacy and dignity, and we offer information and support to enable them to live the lives they choose.

Our service is tailored for you. Some of the services, activities with include:

  • going to a club or community group
  • meeting up with a group of friends
  • swimming, bowling, cinema, theatre, shopping or pampering session
  • just having a chat
  • support with bathing, at meal times, with dressings, with medication, domestic tasks, banking and shopping
