Our facilities for disabled people

Birchwood is a modern 15-bed, purpose-designed bungalow-style care home for disabled people in a semi-rural location in Chesham, Buckinghamshire.

Our residents

Disabled people living at Birchwood have freedom of choice of what they eat, when they get up and what they do and when. Clients can attend classes in the community if they wish and we have a day centre running twice weekly.

Our staff

We have organised activities and very friendly staff. Residents participate in the running of the service through a resident consultation forum, which is attended by all clients and chaired though an independent volunteer.
