How to access Aspire Mentoring Service

Before referring

• Discuss the service with the person you would like to refer and get their permission before you contact us on their behalf
• Gain prior permission from the person to provide us with their name and contact details
• Contact us on 01422 367544 and speak to a member of the team

Aspire Volunteer and Mentoring Service will:

• Contact the person directly and set up an initial visit to discuss their needs and answer any further questions they may have about the service
• Give them an estimated time to be matched to a mentor
• Carefully match the skills and experiences of a trained mentor to sthe person
• Monitor and review partnerships to ensure that both people are happy and continue to support them
• Let the referrer know when mentoring support starts and ends
• Keep the referrer informed, within confidentiality guidelines, about progress
