Disability Equality Training
Scope provides organisations with expert advice and support to address disability issues effectively, through our bespoke Disability Equality Training (DET) programmes.
We offer competitive full or half-day generic DET training programmes individually tailored to enhance and meet business needs.
All programmes use the Social Model of Disability as a foundation, meeting both the statutory and legal framework as a basis for learning.
Programmes enable participants to identify potential barriers that disabled people face along with practical skills and knowledge to initiate practical solutions.
All our experienced disabled trainers bring a wealth of professional knowledge and real insight into disability issues.
Interactive Disability Equality Training
If you have existing trainers then why not deliver the training in-house?
Our Interactive Disability Equality Training (iDET) Toolkit is designed to enable organisations of any size to deliver effective DET to groups of staff and management in short, clearly structured and participative sessions. Delivered separately or as part of other training and development activities, the iDET Toolkit ensures effective understanding of all key aspects of disability equality in just two to three hours.
