Drummonds has an excellent reputation for the quality of support provided, demonstrated through its consistently impressive inspection reports from the regulatory authority.

The accommodation is in a purpose-designed single storey building that is fully accessible and is registered for 41 disabled people with complex support needs and / or learning difficulties.

People live in small groups – yet also benefit from the socialising opportunities offered by having a number of groups on the same site. Our emphasis is on enabling each individual to participate in the wider community and exercise independence. Our approach empowers individuals to make their own choices and gain control and understanding of the world in which they live.

People are actively involved in decision making and have their own committee as well as other forums, including a development group and an activities group. There are extensive activities on offer at the service with strong support from local colleges, volunteers and staff.
