If you are happy to fill in a simple questionnaire every six months, you could have access to all this free for the next two years with no obligation to purchase at the end of that time (places are limited so hurry!)

Please register for your free access to Celebrate Every Step by filling in this form. By doing this, you agree that:

• I would like to have access to Celebrate Every Step free of charge for two years.
• I agree to fill in simple online questionnaires at six-monthly intervals.
• I understand there would be a charge (currently £21 per year) if I want to continue to use the site after the free period ends.
• I understand that I will be able to print off any records I have on this site when my subscription ends to keep as a permanent record.

Subscriptions will be set up every Monday of every full working week or a Tuesday in the case of bank holiday weekends. Please allow five working days for processing.
