Celebrate Every Step: how to subscribe
Once you have submitted the form, an acknowledgement will be issued to confirm it has been received.
Within five working days, you will receive two emails:
First email: Containing log in details and user name.
Second email: Password
An invoice will then be issued and payment will be due within 30 days in the event we do not receive payment in this time we will lock your account until your account has been paid.
- Subscriptions are for a 12-month period from password issue date.
- There will be no automatic subscription renewal.
- One month prior to the end of subscription we will issue a renewal reminder and feedback form.
- If a customer does not renew a subscription, we will allow 14 calendar days for you to print and clear all the information stored on web tool before it is deleted by Scope early years.
Warning: If you decide not to renew your subscription, access to the site will expire after 14 days.
At the end of the subscription we will check account usage and invoice for any additional child places used outside of agreed allowance.
Terminating a subscription
The customer has a 14 days cooling off period which will start when a password is issued.
If a customer does not renew a subscription we will allow 14 calendar days for them to print and delete all the information they stored on web tool.
