Half-day course

All children, irrespective of ethnicity, culture or religion, home language, family background, learning difficulties or impairments, gender or ability should have the opportunity to experience a challenging and enjoyable programme of learning and development.

Participants will:

  • be clear about the way they are meeting these needs
  • be able to notice discrimination and address discriminatory practices
  • learn more about ways they could improve the impact of their equality and diversity actions using current resources (level 2)
  • know more about how they could affect impact through policies and procedures promoting further improved practice (level 3).
