East Surrey Face 2 Face Scheme

At Face 2 Face, parents who have a disabled child themselves have formed a network of friendship and support for other parents. All our befrienders are trained to enable them to give the best possible support to other parents. They remember how they had wanted to talk to someone who could understand what they were feeling at the time. Research shows that parents really do benefit from the type of help a befriender can give.

We are in partnership with the White Lodge Centre in Chertsey who cover West Surrey referrals.

We run parent support drop-in coffee mornings and meet at 2 venues weekly: on Fridays between 9.30 am and 12 noon at Brooklands School Wray Park Road Reigate and on the first Thursday of each month between 12 noon and 2pm at the YMCA Princes Road Redhill.
