Staffing

We employ a multi-disciplinary team of teaching staff, educational support workers, therapists, behaviour specialists, clinical psychologist and ancillary staff. The staffing complement allows for an appropriate number of suitably qualified, competent and experienced persons to be present to meet the needs of the pupils.

The school employs teams of care staff to provide waking cover during the night, who are supported by a member of the care team and members of the care management team who undertake sleeping-in duties. Waking night duty staff follow a rota which enables them to work some day shifts to enable training and direct waking contact with the young people.
