Employment service

"Our partnership with Scope has eroded many of the bad attitudes that prevailed – there's no reason not to integrate disabled employees into the workforce." WORKSTEP employer

Scope's Employment Service supports people in gaining and sustaining meaningful employment in large corporations, public sector bodies and local employers. Our service is available to all disabled people, not just those with cerebral palsy.

In the UK, there is a serious skills shortage. Disabled people represent a relatively untapped source of talent, so our work is important to employers, society and the economy as well as to disabled people seeking jobs.

We connect disabled jobseekers with employers who are looking to recruit, and, as a provider of government-supported programmes, such as, Work Preparation and WORKSTEP, we offer support and advice at no cost to the jobseeker or employer.
