Ewer Court comprises of three individual, purpose-built flats, which have been designed to accommodate the needs of individuals who have physical impairments.

The flats, which are spacious and self-contained, also have an onsite 'staff and sleep in' office. These flats are located within walking distance of the historic town of Colchester and a direct railway line to London Liverpool Street.
