Exeter Face 2 Face Scheme

Face 2 Face offers a free one-to-one befriending service for parents discovering their child is disabled. Befrienders provide emotional support to other parents at the time of diagnosis and at times of change or difficulty.

The Exeter Face 2 Face scheme is run by a local charity, A Brighter Tomorrow, in partnership with Devon County Council and has been in existence for five years. We have a skilled and committed group of volunteers and we are always looking for new volunteers to join us. We meet regularly to catch up and will soon have two groups of befrienders meeting at different times.
