Face 2 Face Merthyr Tydfil

Face 2 Face Merthyr Tydfil is a network of trained volunteer parent befrienders who support other parents through the worrying and confused experience of having a child diagnosed with extra support needs.

The service is aimed at parents whose disabled children are recognised as having a special need. The Face 2 Face project is offered by trained parent volunteers and provides the parents access to emotional support. All befrienders are parents of a disabled child too. They understand and from their own experiences offer friendly and knowledgeable support.
